Welcome to PLUMP VIP ("PLUMP VIP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of plumpvip.com (the "Site") and the services offered through it (the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who May Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Our weight-loss programs are offered to patients located in Florida at the time of their evaluation and treatment. By requesting an assessment, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

2. Medical Services and Provider Review

PLUMP VIP offers a GLP-1 weight-loss program with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. All treatments are prescription medications and are provided only when a licensed healthcare provider determines, after reviewing your evaluation (including your Good Faith Exam), that treatment is appropriate for you. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription or any treatment. The provider may decline treatment or recommend a different option based on your health history.

3. Compounded Medications

Medications provided through the program are compounded for individual patients by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Product descriptions and educational content on this Site refer, where studies are cited, to studies of the FDA-approved versions of these medications; results with compounded medications may differ.

4. Not for Emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Communications through the Site or by email are not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent matters.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Weight loss and other results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific result or amount of weight loss. Testimonials and study figures describe other people's experiences and are not a promise of your outcome.

6. Pricing and Payment

PLUMP VIP is a self-pay program; we do not bill insurance. Prices published on the Site are per vial and depend on the medication and dose your provider prescribes. No payment is taken before your assessment is reviewed: payment is requested only after a provider approves your treatment, through the payment link or invoice we send you. Prices may change; the price in effect when your order is confirmed is the price that applies to that order.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and for your own personal care. You may not provide false information, request medication for another person, resell medication obtained through the program, or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this Site, including text, design, logos, and graphics, belongs to PLUMP VIP or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names mentioned on the Site (such as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, and Mounjaro®) are trademarks of their respective owners; PLUMP VIP is not affiliated with those manufacturers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLUMP VIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a patient under applicable healthcare law, or the professional responsibilities of the licensed providers who evaluate and treat you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your use applies. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
